How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at paulassistantbot@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase date. Include your order number or the email address you used to purchase. No hoops to jump through, no awkward questionnaires.

Refunds are processed through Gumroad and typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Eligibility

Refund requests must be made within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Requests made after the 7-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Personalized Products

For the personalized tier ($79), refund requests must be made before the personalized review is delivered. Once custom, personalized content has been created and sent to you, refunds may be partial depending on the work already completed.
